This was my first home purchase and Tatiana was great. Since we got the place from a relocation party, we had to deal with the relocation company not the seller. That made things quite cumbersome but she handled is great. Often times I was frustrated due to the nature of doing business with relocation company, but I have to admit Tatiana kept cool and guided me through the process really well. She is responsive and I appreciate her checking with me from time to time even after closing. We closed on the house quite fast, and she made sure every step was taken care of in due time to avoid any sort of potential delays. She guided me throughout the process well.
