I cannot tell you how impressed I am at Nate's expertise in finding me the right home in Hilo, Hawaii.

After two consecutive years of extreme patience, looking at home after home, he finally found the right one in Hilo for me. I have a tendency to be careful with large purchasing decisions and Nate was able to evaluate what I was looking for in a residence and find a perfect match.

Not only did Nate educate me on the process of purchasing my new home, he personally walked with me into the County of Hawaii's Planning and Engineering Department to teach me how to look up properties of interest, and what questions to ask in regards to property ownership, permitting, and history. I don't know of ANY other realtor who has done this for their clients, and it made a huge impact on my understanding and coherence in a real estate purchase.

If you're looking for someone who is genuine, caring, polite, and incredibly experienced at real estate, Nate is your guy. Period. His understanding of Hawaii's culture, history, and attention to concerns and solutions for a property are hands down the best I've ever experienced.
