I was renting in Canton for several years, due to the historically low interest rate environment, I considered making the jump into homeownership. Since the Baltimore City market is extremely competitive and challenging to navigate, I reached out to a trusted friend who referred Rob. Together, He helped me develop a plan that met my needs and allowed me to enter the market at my choosing. When that time came, Rob immediately came out to my house, did a market analysis on the home and made a recommendation that we attempt negotiations with my landlord before going out in market where most people are paying high dollar amounts of asking price. Rob is just awesome. I can't tell you enough how much Rob went out if his way to meet me and my families needs. We were looking for a particular house with a pretty strict budget. Not only did he find us everything we were looking for; he would let us know right away if the house was move in ready or a "fixer upper". I went into this process doing as much research as I could, making sure I did everything in my own power to have my ducks in a row prior to hiring a realtor. I found out I still had plenty to learn and there had plenty of questions to ask. I also was unsure of where I wanted to live and had a few different areas in mind of where to look for a home.
Once I started working with Rob, the questions rose to the top of my head and I asked. I asked and I asked and I asked. Rob was more than happy to use my preference of communication(texting) and was responsive. Any small detail I was worried about, Rob answered and calmed my nerves. When it came to setting up visits to houses, Rob was on top of things and took care of appointments immediately. He asked for my availability and was flexible with my schedule. I never had to ask if we were still on for a certain appointment, I could just show up and Rob was there. He's also personable and we would talk about random topics while viewing houses, making the process seem less of a cold business transaction. Rob was an incredible agent in the purchase of our new home. My fiance and I are first time buyers and Rob walked us through all the steps (often more than once because there was so much information and the process can be overwhelming) and has been by our side to this day, a month after closing.
