Being a widow, new home buyer(last one-1989) & basically by myself, Cory understood my needs right off the bat. I would focus on price she honed me in on my new job location and my need for turn-key ownership. My daughter actually found this home because she was on alert when we were looking at a home. But Cory bounced on it, got a same day showing and a contract signed by the next day. Her recommendation of writing a letter to the homeowners did the trick. Though a 60 day closing may be unusual, not in this market. Homes are going fast, have to wait till the next family leaves. Found inspection wrong things, she negotiated pricing and home was closed on time. Cory followed through on the items that didnt get fixed till they were fixed, like a gas leak! My neighborhood is quiet, half acre was actually 3/4 acre with a public walkway behind house. My dogs are extremely happy, me it may take a year to go through the boxes. Going from a farm to city...well, I still have too much stuff. Warning!!! Dont be a collector of anything that doesnt burn! She is great, always answering text, listening to me cry, get frustrated, angry, and a really great cry when I got the key. I can't say enough glowing things about Corey. She went above and beyond for us. In the rush that is always the ordeal of selling and buying a house, it's as if she created the perfect house out of thin air (or at least out of a market that had absolutely nothing we wanted). We looked for about a week and just didn't find anything suitable. Corey asked questions, listened to our answers and didn't give up. The second week we got an urgent call from Corey saying the perfect house was about to go on the market and we should get there asap. Less than an hour later we were standing in our perfect home.
