The sellers were wonderful people, but there were a few material defects with the property, and their asking price was too high. With Tricia's expert guidance we were able to negotiate a deal that was good for both parties, and ended up purchasing at a significant reduction in price.

Tricia worked tirelessly for us on this and a previous purchase. She answers emails and phone calls at night and on weekends, and is always early to scheduled appointments. She met with our building and trades inspectors, gave us insightful and strategic advice for negotiating, and handled all the paperwork promptly. Tricia saved us many times over the commission fees on both purchases, and we highly recommend her for any real estate transactions you may have.
