This is our second time working with Tom. He is amazing, knowledgeable and super patient!! When we bought our house he was committed to making sure we found the perfect house for our family. He kept in touch while we were living there and stopped by with a pie during the holidays just to say hello. Of course we used him again to sell our home recently. He was wonderful! He gave excellent advice and recommendations. He wasted no time getting our house on the market while making it easy by keeping in contact with our contractors and offering simple suggestions to make things shine! He works with a great team who offers excellent advice and guidance. We moved out of state but wish we could take him with us to buy or next home! We had sold our house and were staying in an apartment until we could find our new home, and had no specific realtor we were working with. Tom showed us houses whenever we asked, was able to point out things that we might have missed, was available by phone, text, and email, and always responded in a timely manner.
