This property has been listed for many years at Prudential Home Finders, realty company referred by Donna Souris of Citrus Hills. Mr. Matt Robinson was the agent working for us.However, Mr. Robinson had been unable to find a buyer all this time. We had been receiving offers for the property from several firms offering to buy ranging from $3000.00 to $ 10000.00 for the property. Since we paid # 30000.00 for it we wanted more. We knew the the assessed value of the property had gone down significantly but we felt we can get a beeter price.
