We were disappointed with using Coy to sell our property. Our property should have sold for much higher then it did. Properties in the same community sold higher and our place was bigger the theirs. He didn't try to get a good price out of our condo. We had it priced right because several people who looked at it, left good comments about the price. Coy didn't look out for us at all. He is a nice guy, but as a realtor, He is well below average. I would suggest using someone with more experience and who will lookout for the seller. 2020
