Completely unprofessional. Nicole is a Team Leader for Keller Williams but I saw no leadership. Her and her colleagues tried changing a agreement we had, that did not benefit us, in hopes we didnt notice. But we did. When confronted on the subject matter she got aggressive, became rude and hung up on me! A client under contract?!?! I guess this is how Keller Williams operates. I do not recommend her or Keller Williams if this how they operate.

Nikki is extremely unprofessional. She does not listen to client's concerns. When she is done talking over you, she will simply hang up on you.
