Klarissa made buying my first house so easy! I really had no idea what I was doing, and Klarissa was SO helpful in picking out houses to tour and what to look for in houses. I cannot stress enough how much she had my back as a buyer. When we looked at homes she truly assessed the house, looking for visible issues (that I would have easily overlooked) to let me know if I would need to fix something, a potential long term issue, or if the house simply would be more than I could take on. When we found it, she did her best to ensure we got it- against 19 other offers in the first few days it was on the market!
