the firm was readily available to me when I had questions, concerns or requests. Showings were at convenient times for me and the contract was attained quickly. The closing went as well as could be expected given the difficulty of the buyers' agent not always respecting my privacy and , in some cases, access to my home by the buyers. Overall, I have no complaints and, considering hurricane Florence was due any day, the legal pieces went together well.

Issues that arose came from the buyers and their attorney. The handling of my wire transfers was handled extremely poorly by the buyers' attorney but that was out of our control.

Mike did a fine job with my condo and all the details necessary to get my property sold.

The other associates I dealt with were absolutely fabulous in every respect. They were easy to contact, answered my questions and responded quickly with any information I requested. I would suggest that they deserve not only accolades but promotions, etc. They have excellent interpersonal skills.
