Eric Jenkins lacks professionalism, empathy and seriousness. Fortunately, he did not get to list my property for sale as he himself decided he wouldn't work with us. The home in question was a fully remodeled 1650 sqft house that ended up selling for $340,000 for which Eric only offered one comparable that DID NOT COMPARE AT ALL!! Mind you this other property was listed in the mid $200s... Because I'm sincere and fair in my opinion I'll give this one to him, I had an asking price in mind that was not realistic at the time ($380k back in July of this year) However, I firmly believe, and everyone that I've talked to about this agrees, there are far better ways to approach a seller who wants to overprice their home other than just telling them, and I quote, "Really??? Unfortunately,from time to time, I'm not the right realtor. I believe I would not be able to sell your home for anything near your list price" I shouldn't've expected anything better from an individual I got connected to through a site that matches you up with "reputable" agents to only charge a 1% commission (cheap is expensive) Although, I would've totally understood if he wanted to raise his rate in order to do a better job. I still deserved the same level of respect as a client that's bringing you a 2% or 3%.
My advice to everyone reading this is that you do an extensive research before you commit to a certain real estate agent. Not everyone that insistently calls or texts, to the point that is annoying, trying to get your business and promises you this and that has your best interest at heart. Eric was attentive and helpful in finding the home we are purchasing. He was available when ever we needed him and always responded quickly to questions. He personally answered his calls and was easy to talk to. He provided good insight on quality and concerns with the showings. We really enjoyed working with Eric during this stressful time. Eric Jenkins sold our Florida condominium in July 2020 and we cannot say enough about his sales expertise. We put it up for sale right before the COVID epidemic hit the country. We honestly then believed it might be next to impossible to sell, but Eric never wavered. He is the most personable guy you'll ever meet and so real estate savvy. As a buyer I initially declined to pay the separate fee that he requested He asked for this fee because he goes the "extra mile" for all of his clients. I believed the commission he receives from the seller is sufficient compensation for his services. However, when I saw that he truly did go the separate mile for me I agreed to pay his separate fee. I was pleased with his timely and knowledgeable service and would highly recommend Eric to buyers and sellers.

Eric was fantastic; he is by far the best agent I have ever worked with!! He showed Me 45+ homes before I found one I truly liked. In the past I have found that most Agents will quit after the first 10-15 homes, but not Eric. He was as enthusiastic after the 45th one as he was at the first one. The thing that I liked the most about Eric was that he good at pointing out things, both good and bad, about the homes we looked at. He worked hard to make sure that I did not buy the wrong home.
