Over 2 years ago I met this fantastic realtor who has become a friend. I did not sell my house then, though I pulled it from the market Josh did not turn his back. He answered any and every question or concern until I was finally ready to sell.

Josh was nothing more than amazing. We began working with him as we did a cross country move from Arizona to Florida. When we moved to Florida we were staying with family two hours away from our jobs and commuted daily. Josh was understanding of our circumstances and incredibly flexible. My wife and I just completed a cross country move from Oregon to Florida to relocate for an employment opportunity. Within a short period of time, he found it. It was perfect. The pool, master suite, open floor plane, it had everything we were looking for. Now what I thought was going to be the hard part, placing an offer, finding a mortgage broker, getting approved for financing That was actually a great experience. Josh walked both of us through the entire process with his partner Ryan Aceto and his Mortgage team. Both Josh and Ryan made the home buying process an enjoyable one.
