Kat's great! Although this is my first house, I have been around others through the house purchase process and have observed their realtors and how they helped through the buying process and Kat is one of the best realtors I have encountered.
He did a great job of walking us through the process of buying a house and made many helpful suggestions including getting a sewer line inspection which lead to some work being done by the sellers which saved us thousands in the long run since there was some work to be done and the city is even repairing some of the issues discovered on their side of the sewer line. Kat also did a good job of keeping track of everything throughout the process and was vigilant about sending listings and even was good about working with the seller agent to get things done and monitoring repairs. 2016
