Carrie helped my husband and me buy our home in Terre Haute. I was being treated for cancer. I remember meeting her and she spent 4 full days showing me everything in Terre Haute. We became good friends. It was during this time that I was living in my second home in Florida when I found out how sick I was. She immediately jumped into action. She knew my taste and exactly what I would love. She and my husband found a beautiful home in the perfect spot. I was so moved by her help and selflessness. A year after buying our home we were relocated for work and she then sold the same home. Carrie, My life has been made easier because of your dedication and your attention to detail. We sold our home shortly after COVID-19 started changing things so she was as knowledgeable as anyone could have been on the current market. She estimated we would get less than we did for the sale price (COVID changes) but she didnt pressure us to accept lower offers and worked to get us the amount we needed for our new place. She gave great suggestions of the things we needed to do to the house to get the amount out of it we needed. She gave good advice on the offers that came in and had obviously had a lot of experience knowing serious offers vs iffy ones and high maintenance or secretly stingy ones vs. the right ones. She was great to work with and took care of things.
