Jessica, as pointed out in the above rating is a true professional. We are Chicago residents searching for a second home in the Sarasota area. We traveled to Sarasota to house hunt. Our house hunting was time sensitive, not only because we were traveling, but we were under deadlines due to our 1031 requirements. Jessica rose to that challenge and showed us countless houses from northern Sarasota to southern Venice. We were a little picky and changed our minds a few times on what our goal was, and she never wavered. She consulted us and guided us, and on one occasion saved us from making a mistake we would have regretted (which would have been a quick sale for her) Once we settled on a house, our official bid was interrupted by Hurricane Ian, after which our bid was accepted. Once the bid was accepted, Jessica said the process should be quick and we would close in a couple weeks because we had a cash offer. The association for our chosen home created some bumps in the road and Jessica was on top of it all the way. this created a small delay, but she pushed forward and got this closed in a timely manner. In the process of this Jessica became our friend. If anyone we know needs a Real Estate professional, there is no hesitation and no doubt in our minds that we would recommend Jessica. 2022
