Peggy is an incredibly kind, caring and patient person. Our son and his family live in Manhattan and are excited to be here. My husband and I on the other hand are vagabonds and live much/most of our time on sailboats. Each time we came to visit, we had the opportunity meet with Peggy at our son's prompting. Peggy patiently explained the opportunities for retirement in Manhattan, both in the way of homes and ways to become engaged in the community. We thanked her, but the sea was calling. During the next visit, I found a home a couple of blocks from the family that looked interesting it would be for sale soon. Unfortunately, it was not ready for market before we had to leave. A tour of the house was arranged with us through video chat and we loved it. Peggy helped us navigate all the details of making an offer and loan approval, only to have the offer (our best) be declined. Oh well it wasn't meant to be. A short while later, another similar house, almost as close to the kids became available. Again, through video chat and pictures, we decided we liked the house and put in an offer. After some back and forth; we got and house and are delighted. Peggy was right on top of the market and provided sound counseling about what our offer should be. 2022
