Joyce went well above and beyond normal expectations to help us purchase our new home. We were living in Michigan during the process of purchasing our home. We spoke with Joyce almost daily on the phone before we made our first trip to Arizona to look at houses. In three days, Joyce showed us about 10 homes and wrote up many offers for us. Due to market conditions we were not successful getting a house under contract before we returned to Michigan. During the two weeks that followed, Joyce did video showings with us over the phone and wrote up more offers until we ultimately were able to get a house under contract. Joyce continued working with us all the way through the inspection period and closing. If it wasn't for Joyce's persistence and dedication we would not have been able to complete the purchase of our new home.
