If your looking for a realtor to work with, there is no one better than Erik! This was my first time buying a home, so I didn't know a whole lot about the market or the lingo. He went through all the contract and house information thoroughly to make sure I understood it all before putting any offer in. He was always honest in his opinion and would point out all the possible issues with a house and would say to walk away when it wasn't worth it. Erik always had my best interest in mind, never trying to push just to get a sale. He was also quick to respond, when I had questions and would keep me updated every time there was information on a offer I put in.
