We couldn't have gotten our house without Dave and his excellent customer service. He was so prompt and willing to look at homes, many the same day, and was top-notch on his communication. Dave's knowledge of the market and issues to watch out for is fantastic. He followed up with many of the offers we had put in, but lost...and ultimately we ended up with a house where the original buyers deal fell through. It was Dave's thoughtfulness and determination that pushed us to the finish line. Would HIGHLY recommend Dave to anyone looking to buy or sell. He's the man!

My first time home buying experience could not have been better! That is all due to the fantastic work of Dave! Going into buying a house for me was overwhelming to wrap my head around. However, as soon as I met with Dave and talked through what I was needing, I felt immediately better about the whole situation. He handled all the confusing "house buying" stuff and explained everything I needed to know in a easy to understand way. PLUS we found my house for under my budget AND during a huge sellers market! I would highly recommend Dave for any of your home buying OR selling situations!
