Doug was a take charge of a situation that I was placed it. I was to handle the sale of my bothers house after he passed away. It was my job to make sure we got the best deal and the fastest so we could resolve old debt and move past in the settlement of the estate. Doug was able to facilitate that with ease. He also was instrumental in making sure that all our needs were met up till the close of the house which included making sure the house was ready for the new home owners ensuring it was clean and free from debris.
