Pat McGuire made our Vacant Lot sale transaction seem like a walk in the park for us... WAY beyond our expectations (from our initial interview with her, to her pre-interview research and market assessment based only on our phone message, to the slick contract signing software that she used, to the over-the-top attractive MLS listing with multiple photos, including drone photos, to the professional way that she brought us a buyer in just 4 days, and finally... to the seamless and timely closing with an up-front estimate of our costs and obligations).
We were dreading having to go thru this process with an unknown realtor and remotely no less. She treated us royally as if we were listing a $1M property.
