We reached out to this amazing team, when we looked into a property the had in their listings. I called and left them a msg with a million questions, both about the property and a few personal real estate questions, since we are new to the state. I received a call back within hours with both on the line, they had researched the answers to everyone of my questions including the out of scope personal real estate questions. I came up with a few more questions during the call and I could hear them searching and deciding what information was best to give me. They were on the phone with me into the night. After this one call I knew I could trust them to represent me as I would myself. They helped me understand what a true fit for me would be, and were honest with me when I started to fantasize about allllll the possibilities about a home or property that werent realistic. They looked after me like good friends would from the beginning. They are excellent communicators, they highlighted text and emails Id need to store for future reference so I could have my paperwork organized. They endlessly and patiently searched for listing, even as we kept changing preferences. Over all I would say, they geek out ( In an awesome way) when it comes to finding info and solutions to the drama that can be real estate. They translated from arkansas real estate to plain and simple english for me. They are fun and light hearted when, and as we walked around all the houses and dreamed of curtains, etc, they ran around a checked things we might have missed ( they checked heating an air function, window age, roof age, possible expense that could be required) so that at the end of the house showing we had a realistic picture of the home overall aside from curtains and a good yard. They are my agents, and will be the people I send all my people to. Amazing and professional, doesnt even begin to sum it up.
