Our realtor was recently working on negotiating a home sale for us. We have a tight budget, due to the higher interest rates, and made an inquiry asking for the seller to pay closing costs. After hearing how disrespectful Luis was to our agent, I would tell everyone to look elsewhere. His mannerism is unprofessional and fake. He comes across as cocky and a know it all.
