Craig, has been our realtor for several years and is amazing at what he does. He helped us sell our place back in 2017 and he made us A LOT of money from equity. In 2020 when we were ready to find a new place, he took us to several options which wouldve worked for our situation but he knew what we wanted and what would be best for our family. He told us not to put an offer in on any of them. Not many realtors would tell you NOT purchase. Most wouldnt know what you really need and would have you purchase something that made them lots of money. We wouldve been happy with some of the options but Craig knew that we would LOVE and what would be even better for our family. So, before the Utah market exploded near the end of 2020, Craig mentioned the idea of building something brand new, which we never thought we would be in a situation to do. The numbers seemed to work with our budget and so we did it! He set us up with a great builder that makes quality homes. And 6-8 months later we had our brand new place all to ourselves. Plus, the equity on our home had already jumped up $100k, BEFORE WE HAD EVEN MOVE IN. We absolutely love the place and it is such a great place to raise our 2 little kids and its all because of Craig. Also, Craigs loan guy was instrumental in helping us lower our rates and mortgage with the builders lender and we will probably use him to refinance which we can do soon since our equity has already skyrocketed. Icing on top of the already gigantic cake is the moving truck that they let us use. We used it several times so we were able to move in at a slower pace. Craig Hawker from Action Team Realty in Draper is professional providing the best real estate services in and around SLC county. We were first time home buyers and using Craig's services was probably the best decision we made in our process of becoming home owner. He, not only listened to our requirements BUT also made sure we didnt make any stupid decisions and gave us all the information we needed to make wise decision, be it buying existing homes pros and cons versus new homes pros and cons, info on good neighborhoods and home buying process. He worked with us trying to find an ideal existing home that met our requirements and after going through almost 40-50 properties in the span of two three months we chose to build a new home since nothing in the market in existing homes at the time worked for us. Craig helped us in our building process as well making sure we were selecting right upgrades and werent paying too much for some not so important stuff since we were first time home buyers. Since we were living 40-50 minutes away from where we were building Craig checked on the building process from time to time and send us videos of the building process to keep us updated which really helped us a lot. Craig also did a fine job interfacing between us and the builder making sure our complaints were heard in all occasion and taken care of. After we moved in our home, Craig helped us find some really good service providers such as blinds, landscaping, handyman.
