I was able to use my own lender and title company as well as proper representation by Amie - she found issues that I didn't, brought up concerns that needed to be addressed and made this transaction (in the words of the builder) "Christmas" they paid for EVERYTHING (the builder) and included it all in the recently reduced listing price.
