Stephanie Agledor is an exemplary person and that naturally translates into her work ethic as a realtor. She is personable, respectful, accommodating, and a true professional. She is always prompt with showing up and with returning phone calls and emails. I could go on and on about Stephanie. What I appreciate about her is her ability to listen to your concerns and give you realistic reassurances. The selling process was cool, calm and peaceful and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience. Selling my home was sentimental for me and Stephanie was empathetic and patient. There are realtors out there that only care about the money. Stephanie cares about her clients' experience from start to finish. Stephanie is the realtor for even the most pickiest of buyers. She's diligent, and, most important to me, she pays attention to details. nStephenie helped me find my Hollywood Beach Condo and although my unbudgeable budget made for a lenghtier search, she was unrelentless in her determination to find a home that met all my criterias. nNot only was she always prepared with the home's information, she knew key information about the COA's, the neighborhoods, the local schools and was prepared with the comps (comparable listings in the area); and then left it up to me to make a truly informed decision. She never tried to rush me, or sway my deision; never made me feel as I was just another commision; never seemed preoccupied by other clients's demands while she was with me. She was genuine in her desire to find a home that will make me happy. nI have purchased several homes over the years, investment properties included, and this one was by far, the most seemless and I attribute that to having an all around awesome and experienced realtor like Stephanie.
