Tinker is knowledgeable about the real estate in Auburn. She was professional and had prompt response when it came to handling all matters in relation to selling my house. Tinker even provided me handy men that came and fixed all issues Id with the house from the inspection. The labor for the handy men was affordable too. Tinker also has a pleasant personality and she patiently waited until I was ready to list my house, she didnt rush me. Those are important traits for me. After I listed my house, it got an offer in less than 48hrs although there were homes in my neighborhood sitting in the market for couple of months.
