Ylani is AMAZING!!! If youre looking for someone who is professional and transparent, Ylani is your girl. Due to unique circumstances in our life we worked with her twice within the same year. She first helped us buy our home and then when we knew we were moving, I didnt hesitate for a second. I called Ylani. We went live on Friday but wouldnt allow showings until Monday. She worked all weekend getting the word out. By Sunday we had 4 scheduled showings for Monday and by noon on Monday we had a full offer we werent expecting. When roadblocks got in the way, she never lost confidence, she went full steam ahead with our best interest at hand. When we had to leave the state before a new door would be installed for the new owners, she made sure to take over and handle the process. She truly goes above and beyond. Ylani is great. We met her at an open house and hit it off. We werent necessarily looking for a realtor; however, Ylani sent a thank you card and then text to ask if she could take my wife and me to lunch to see where we were at in the buying process. After one lunch, we knew we wanted to work with her. She is attentive, a hard worker, and is always available. She did a great job of finding houses that we would like. As we moved through the process, she also did a great job of reminding us what we said we were looking for from the beginning. In the end, we found a house we love. Regarding listing your home, if you will listen to her advice, she will get your house looking great when you show it. Doing the work sucked, as she told us to get a lot of stuff out and into storage so that it looked less cluttered, but we listened, and in the end, in addition to the house showing well, the pictures also looked great. Our first offer fell through late in the process, and she was great at helping us find a way to make it work so we didnt lose the house we were buying. She helped coordinate everything from cleanings to repairs. Ylani is great, and I will continue to recommend her to everyone. 2018
