Tim is experienced and has great knowledge of the real estate market. He helped us prepare and set a reasonable price for our home that resulted in a relatively quick sale. He helped us deal with the inspection report and accomplish necessary repairs. He spent time explaining paperwork and details of the home selling process. We were pleased with his services.

Tim was not good at communicating. His client showed up at my home saying he had an appointment but did not. Tim wouldnt return calls. All we got where emails about how busy his client was and last minute request from the showing to the walk through. And of course when it was all said and done, Tim placed blame on the seller for his lack of communication.
