I have know Larry and Marian for 7 years. They taught me what I know about real estate, and were an obvious choice when it became time to purchase my home. They treat you as a friend, which means they will look out for your best interest, and can be brutally honest if need be. Most of the homes I viewed were with Larry and with him being a former home builder, he has an extensive knowledge of home construction, and quality of construction. He was helpful in eliminating homes that did not meet my necessary qualifications.
I had a priority to not overbuy in this market, which seems impossible, but together we found a home that had equity day one. There were multiple offers on the home I ended up getting, all of them over asking, but not me. Our elderly father needed to move closer to my sister and I in Olathe. Literally it would not have happened so perfectly had it not been for Marian.
