Zero stars for Debbie! What a joke she is. Spent weeks going back and forth asking questions on a home we potentially wanted to buy. We'd ask a question and it would take an entire day just to get a response, god forbid you had follow up questions. That's why it took weeks. Moving from Colorado to Maine and was relying on a decent real estate agent (that's a joke too) to assist and make a disabled vets life easier. Was told repeatedly since the beginning that the house was great, no problems, and should be no problem passing for a va home loan. Awesome, right? Even finally got a video for the home and seemed ok. After 3 weeks we made an offer and it was accepted just to pay $500 for an inspection to find out it is the worst house ever and cancelled the buy that instant. Considering this house is Debbie's mother in laws, and her own husband keeps his personal vehicle in the homes garage for years, she knew exactly the condition of the home. To lie and send video purposely not showing the actual condition is fraud, heffer. Beyond not happy. The owners of the company she works for don't care either so don't bother there, we tried. Keep away from people who want to scam you, especially if you are a disabled vet on limited income as is. Long story short, put contract on home, reversed it in less than a week when we finally found out the true nature just to be out that $500 on top of the title company trying to claim an additional $300 saying in less than a week they completed all title work for the home already so we are stuck with the bill. Not paying that malarkey., nice try.
