Relocating from the mainland during the virus situation with three small children and purchasing a home online while selling our current residence had many moving parts that Christi helped us to successfully navigate. Christi made herself available to us as if we were her only clients from day one. She worked nights, weekends, in the rain, and was always responsive to phone calls, emails, and texts. She would immediately reach out to the listing agent on any properties of interest and was able to get us in and out of contracts quickly as needed until we found the right home for our family. Christi spent a few hours at the property for the internet to get setup and moving pods to arrive prior to our arrival so that we have been successfully quarantining and working from our new home right off the plane. She's knowledgeable about prices and the market there and has good networks. I could give countless examples of how she goes out of her way to serve and help, but I would say patience and loyalty to you, her client, are her best qualities. Christi is the definition of a Professional. Some of the aspects that I like about working with Christi is the lightning-fast responses to emails, the talking out of scenarios over the phone, and the attention to detail. As we know, there are a zillion items that go into the sale of a property, and Christi doesn't forget one of them. There is a young professional real estate agent on the Big Island who is a terrific asset in the challenging housing market on The Big Island. We had put our home in Hawaiian Beaches up for sale one day before the volcano Kilauea started erupting in 2018 . Christi was really nice to work with. She makes everything easy for us. She was recommended to us by our lawyer after being so frustrated in finding a good agent in Hilo. We had one before her and he was not as good as she is, as most agents who would want to make a sale right away, shes entirely different.
