We used Alan Jaffe after searching the web for an agent in our desired home target location. We'd employed several agents in the past for earlier home sales and purchases- although most were adequate, none impressed us enough to use them again.
In researching Alan Jaffe, there weren't many customer reviews to gauge his interactions with past clients. However, we decided to give him a chance, based on our personal interview of him, and his lengthy and apparently successful history in the realty business.
We both agree that Alan Jaffe did an outstanding job of being our Real Estate Agent. He communicated information, quickly and completely. He guided us through all areas of concern or caution with the sale process, outlining not just the information, but all possible ramifications of if. He was available, quick to respond, and always a perfect professional in his interactions with us and the seller/seller's agent.
We could not be more pleased with his capabilities as our Real Estate Agent. He did an OUTSTANDING JOB. We were so completely impressed that we had no reservations about who to use for another different home sale, several months later- it had to be Alan Jaffe!!
He once again on the second sale did another exemplary job of marketing and showing our property. Even with the restrictions and challenges presented at that point with the Covid-19 pandemic, he STILL managed to sell our property rapidly and successfully, getting us a great price and guiding us through a smooth, trouble-free closing.
We couldn't be more pleased with his work, and will use him for future needs going forward.
