Rey sold our home in Edgewood NM in October 2018. Rey gave us great suggestions to prepare our home for the best price. He arranged contractors that we needed to get the home ready for sale. Rey is knowable of his craft and when he worked with us on the listing, provided a great price from comparable properties in the community. When we listed Rey provided an excellent photographer that made our home look great on the internet listings. We had a great offer on the home within 24 hours of listing and Rey guided us thru the inspection procedures and was always present when inspections were being conducted on the property. He worked close with the title company and kept us informed of the process from start to closing.
