I will write a bit of background so you know what I am talking about: I live 8000 miles away from Portland...and needed to find a realtor to sell my mothers house in Canby. Great house but of course challenging in that I had a power of attorney but my mom needed to move out of her home to a more assisted living arrangement. Stephanie was great to work with, I had specific needs that needed to be met for my family and she met them all, finding a buyer who not only purchased the property at the original list price, but was able to do a rent-back so that it wouldn't be so hard on me and my children at the end of the school year.
