I have worked with Kimberly Bruner on two different occasions; first to purchase a home in the N. GA mountains in 2016 and again to sell it recently along with an adjacent lot. On both occasions she was everything we could ask for. The purchase did not involve looking at other properties so I will focus on the sale of our property and lot. From start to finish Kimberly was warm and professional in her dealings with us. She made excellent suggestions to help us sell quickly and for a fair price for the property. Because we live a long distance away she did a great deal of procuring items to highlight the home, worked to remove our personal objects, and to arrange contractors to do needed work on the exterior of the home and property. The photographer she hired did a beautiful job of capturing the beauty of the home and view of the lake below. She did her homework to price the home and then quickly recommended a price drop when the traffic was light which led to a quick sale. When the buyers of the house did not want the additional property Kimberly quickly executed a sale to neighbors adjacent to the property. From what I could tell Kimberly worked really well with other realtors to advocate for us without alienating. We cannot recommend Kimberly Bruner enough and know that anyone who works with her will have the same excellent attention, responsiveness, professionalism and advocacy in finding or selling a property.
