I am so glad that I contacted Vinny Steo Real Estate and that they sent their agent Lawrence Quigley to me. On our first meeting he was professional, open to questions, and honest in his answers. He told me what to expect from him and from the company. He understood the market well and his assessment of my property was on point, especially because my property had some unusual issues. Though I received a contract on my house quickly, the buyers agent and lender were not professional and kept changing the closing date. The date changed from December 7th to December 30th to January 4th to an unknown date perhaps two weeks later. This was especially burdensome on me, because I had resigned from my job to moved out of state and the moving truck was already scheduled.
