We found Jan online because she was a highly rated real estate agent in the area we were looking to buy in. Upon the first meeting Jan was professional but also personable, as it felt we were talking to someone we have known our entire lives as opposed to a stranger. This level of comfortability spoke volumes to Jan's experience as she can adapt herself to any potential home buyers. We knew we were buying during a peak time, and Jan did not hide that fact either. She disclosed everything to us and represented our interests exceptionally well. She also had a great eye, or a great mind, for realizing what we were looking for and did not waste our time with viewing places that we most likely would not have liked (but she still had those options just in case). Because she has been working in the area for a long time, she has many connections and knows most of the agents in the area. When we would walk into showings or open houses she would know the other agents and was able to provide a more personal connection on our behalf. Jan also has many references for attaining loans and insurance and with those connections it made our first home-buying experience a breeze. Jan was recommended to me by a friend. The service I received was unbelievable. a few days after listing my house, I ended up in the hospital. Jan took my house off the market and said she can put it back on when I'm ready. The day she relisted it, she sold it! Jan and her assistant Evelyn were always there for me. If I had a question, one or both of them got back to me with an answer. And when I started looking for a new house, they were so patient with me. My Husband and are relocating to Sun City Florida from Ohio and we were trying to reach out to a Realtor in that area that we felt comfortable working with in finding us a home in Sun City .
