We met Ms. Lauren on the brink of giving up the house hunt we could not get into the KC area and our realtor then referred us to Ms Lauren. Such a relief we didnt have to start all over again with a new realtor. She was the perfect fit, responsive and immediately took it upon her to find us a house , and this she did need I mention how great she was working with our numbers. As first time homebuyers, we knew only what people had told us about the process. We didnt know necessarily the right questions to ask, or how the process would truly go. Lauren walked us through each step, and if I had any questions she was incredibly quick to answer. We viewed multiple homes from Junction City to Abilene, and she made the process extremely simple for us! She was honest in her opinions, she was blunt about what was a good offer and what she felt would or wouldnt be acceptable (which was something I wanted to be cautious of, especially in this fast pace market) She allowed us to take our time in each home, never making us feel rushed, or like the things that matter to our families needs were small or like we should settle. Laurens communication from start to finish was top notch! There were no questions left unanswered, and the things we didnt know to ask, she knew to inform. She kept us updated through the closing process, and any issue that arose, she was able to walk us through. After we signed our closing paperwork I was almost sad, because now she doesnt have to hang out with us! Haha it just felt like walking through the home buying process with a friend by the end! We were a military family trying to move during the height of COVID-19, and we placed our trust in Lauren to help find and buy the perfect fit for our family, which she did. Two specific things that make her stand out are her advocacy and her willingness to do whatever it takes.
Due to COVID only allowing virtual tours, Lauren was our advocate on the ground. She showed us all the good but especially the bad in each home. She didn't try to hide imperfections to get a quick sell. She would show each minor detail to give us an understanding of our purchase. She would also give us her advice on the home on all it's aspects from her perspective.
Additionally, Lauren did anything and everything she could to make sure we got our dream home.
