HEAVEN SENT!! Ms. Essie is truly a gift from GOD! Ms. Essie was personable, helpful, and insightful from start to finish. When I first got pre-approved I told Ms. Essie that I had 45 days to be out of my apartment; she worked fast and hard to find a home that fit my needs. From binding contract to close was 11 BUSINESS DAYS and I was able to move out of my apartment and into the new house just in time. The main thing that I was most happy about with Ms. Essie is that she fully understood my wish list and didnt let me waver from it. When I almost lost hope, Ms. Essie's word of encouragement is what kept me from choosing just any house. Ms. Essie is a strong example of what it means to have an agent that is truly working for you. There is no doubt that I will refer any and everyone to work with Ms. Essie.
