Barbara was knowledgeable about the location of the property we were selling. She was able to guide us with suggestions on how to ready the property to attract buyers, and always provided us with the resources, (contacts to make any necessary improvements) in the area. Barbara was professional and personable, and contacted us regularly with updates on showings and market information.
