The team approach is where it's at - TREC are a well-oiled machine that will not only find you the property you love, but then hold your hand through the transaction (regular updates, everything explained clearly before you even have to ask, ULTRA-responsive but so pro-active wasn't much to respond to) and then post-close my experience just keeps getting better. Lots of support in finding the people you need to make it your own, whatever that is. Right down to having someone there to meet a plumber if you can't be there. We found Ken and Carla after contacting the listing agent on a property through a website. Within minutes I got a phone call and an email from Ken, and that typified Ken and Carla's work ethic. Although we didn't do anything on that property, we did agree to meet up with Ken and Carla, and they started the day off with a tour of the town and an insightful long-term view of the plans for growth. We then looked at several properties and felt comfortable with their hands off 'take your time' approach. We were in no rush to buy but we knew if the right property came along we'd move on it, and over time Ken and Carla helped narrow down the list of available properties to the ones they understood would be of interest.
