Let me start by saying this - I'm only giving Michelle a 5 star rating because it won't allow me to give more. My husband and I just bought our first home with Michelle and let me tell you - the woman is a saint! Being new to the experience, we had so many questions and not only is she quick to respond but she is so knowledgeable, too! Even though I felt bad reaching out to her about every little thing, not once did she make us feel as though we were a bother or dumb because we didn't know something.

I can't say with confidence that we would even be in our house if it wasn't for Michelle. When we were trying to put an offer in on our house, the previous owners actually declined our bid. Knowing how much we wanted the house though, Michelle reached back out and spoke to the seller's real estate agent. I don't know what specifically she said but they changed their mind and we got the house! She fights for her clients and truly cares about them.

I literally can't recommend using Michelle enough. She made a tedious, annoying, stressful process that is home-buying simple and worry free. If you want to make sure you get the home of your dreams, go with Michelle. I know we will again, for sure.
