Communication even when there is nothing new to say is vitally important when to many people buy and selling of the home is a once or twice in a lifetime process. Many Realty agents who sell hundreds of houses annually forget this but Louis who managed to pitch the price of our property at the right level to stimulate interest but still a little higher than similar properties in the community and kept us informed virtually on a daily basis. Despite our first buyers pulling out at the last minute he still managed to locate new buyers within 48 hours and then oversaw the whole process to a successful conclusion in less than 4 weeks.
