Main issue - was told I could unlist my house and walk away without any fees if I decided not to sell prior to signing an exclusive agreement with Ron.
The price Ron suggested I didnt sell, so he recommended cutting the price which I was okay with, but it still didnt sell. After 68k in cuts it still didnt sell so I let ron know I will need to rent the house again as I cant lose 3,600$ a month anymore 20 days later when it didnt sell I went to rent out the house and was told there was $1675 in fees unless I used him to rent it which he asked for $3600 and would not be doing any of the vetting process simply just pass over applicants info.
In the end Ron seemed like a good person but the dishonesty and lack of setting expectations correctly results in this review. 2024

Ron was amazing. I had a bad experience with another Realitor before him so I was concerned especially since I knew I would be buying from a distance. I had to trust him for that process. He worked with me and my concerns from the previous bad experience walked me through everything in the process. He addressed all my concerns though the virtual walkthrough and really all around did an amazing job at building my trust and listening to my wants and needs. In the end I closed on a house I couldnt be happier with. He even helped me pick up some essentials my first couple days at the new house.
