5 years ago Belinda painstakingly found the perfect condo for me. It seemed fitting to have her list the condo when I decided to sell. As with the purchase, Belinda was and is unlike other realtors I have encountered through the years. She genuinely cares about the customer. We had obstacles to overcome due to less professional agents who have price fixed for 20 years in my condo development just to make a quick buck. Belinda went head first and list the unit for the highest price for a 2/2 in the history of the development! All the other agents said it will never happen. Belinda not only proved them wrong on many levels, she presented me with a signed contract for almost asking price (only because the buyer did not need all the furnishings) in three weeks and closed in 30 days.
To all the naysayers about condo sales in Daytona Beach Shores and One Oceans West, my answer is, if you contract with Belinda (as a buyer or seller), I can guarantee she will treat you with respect and honestly and her integrity is above reproach.
Because of her, other sellers are finally realizing the assets of OWO and finally securing an agent like Belinda who sincerely is in the business because she genuinely cares about her clients.
