We worked with Marjie to purchase a home while we were selling a home that was out of state. She gave us excellent advice, calmed a seller who was difficult to work with, kept us up to date with changes as they came, and coordinated everything between our lender, out real estate lawyer from out of state, the seller, and the broker. All this while navigating Covid restrictions. Not planning on purchasing another house again, but if I ever do, I hope I can work with Marjie again.
