We had our house in Yoder WY, listed for a year with someone else and I don't think they showed it once. nIn September we moved our listing over with Todd, and things started to happen. He and the team took lots of great photos, got them posted and keep us informed about any interest or what we could do to help it show better. Sold in December. Thank you Todd!
