Our experience working with Svea was absolutely wonderful. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, courteous and kind. She really listens as to what you hope to find in a home which was evidenced by the fact that within two days of showing us houses, we found not one but two "which fit the bill." When we requested a detailed explanation of the papers sent by the Title company, she was there every step of that process. When we were not available for the House Inspection, again Svea was there for every step of that, relaying to us all of those details. In other words, Svea makes sure that " all the t's are crossed and all the i's are dotted" and goes the extra mile. But just as importantly, she simply is so much fun to work with and provided so much information about the various neighborhoods, schools, parks, traffic flows and matters that could be of potential concern. We would recommend Svea to our families and friends without any hesitation. It is perhaps best summed up by my husband's comment that he wished Svea could come back East and help us sell our home here ! That really sums it up perfectly ! 2018
I had my first experience purchasing a property and enlisted Svea's help in searching and leading me through the process. Knowing Svea as a prior co-worker ensured me that she would be diligent and thorough. I was pleased at the commitment she showed as well as her availability seven days a week.
